Exceptionally friendly 4 star hotel with skilful staff and exceptionally nice breakfast. Central heating, multi-channel TV, and a seating area available in the king room. Great location for visiting restaurants and pubs...

The hotel is conveniently located next to the stadium, restaurant, and city center, and the friendly staff quickly addressed and resolved any issues we had.

We were in Bremen for concert by James Last so location near his birthplace was good for us and easy travelling by car. Suspect not so convenient for public transport users.

This hotel did not reach standards we have come to expect from three star German hotels. Older property and looks tired. Interesting attempt at "Art Deco" internal decoration with peach coloured walls and turquoise door frames a bit much for our taste! No in room tea/coffee facility frustrating when returning late. Owner/manager spoke little English and demanded payment for our three day stay before even showing us the rooms. She appears unable to smile and not what is expected of a hospitality person. Receptionist said she had just started job but was very helpful and spoke good English. Hard to recommend unless you are visiting Mercedes factory nearby.

Quiet hotel in a quiet district. Nice clean room, although small, and a nice balcony. Very good breakfast with good variety of food and drinks. Lots of towels in the bathroom. Nice large bed, we had our 4-year old child with us and the bed was sufficiently large for the three of us. Helpful staff.

After the first cleaning one of the two soaps that were provided in the bathroom was gone (probably this had slipped to the sinkhole, that's what happened later to the other soap too), and no new soap was provided during our stay. So in the end we had no soap at all. TV was fixed to wall right in the way to the bathroom, and my husband hit his head at least 10 times. We informed in advance that we will stay in double room with a child (that was acceptable for the hotel, considering the child's age) but there was no extra pillow or blanket in the room, these were only for two. But we did not ask for either, so no-one to blame but ourselves ;-).

We needed to stop for 1 night driving back from Copenhagen. The hotel served the purpose. We had a good night sleep. Our room was clean and spacious.

There were not enough parking at the hotel. We had to park on the street.

Great location and tasty breakfast! I had an awesome city break and thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this hotel. the location was perfect as it was very close to the autobahn and quiet suburbs. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet as there was a wide variety of options to choose from. the beds were comfortable and the parking was free on hotel premises which was a plus.

Far from city center and outdated facilities. On the downside, this hotel was far from the city center and it was a bit of a walk to the tram stop.

Quiet residential location. Helpful staff in assisting with early breakfast. Nice to know in advance that there was no additional charge for my dog.

Unable to access intenet despite access code from hotel -a little frustrating. TV in room but very small and rather poor reception.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, including the bathroom. The facilities were good, and the breakfast was very rich. The staff, especially the person from Albania, were friendly and always available to help. The location was within walking distance of the tram station, making transportation easy. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and friendly staff.

    Everything great.

Very friendly, family run hotel in an older quiet suburban location. Regular (every 5 minutes) tram service to the city centre 15 minutes away. Free parking on site. Free internet in room. Good breakfast. Family were helpful with giving directions to city and prepared an evening meal for us on both nights we stayed.
